Return Policy

We want you to love your scrubs. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with your return, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
• Items showing any signs of wear or use cannot be accepted for return. This includes, but is not limited to, perfume or other noticeable odors, makeup marks, stains, signs of washing, or any other visible evidence that the item has been worn or used.
• If we receive a returned item that does not meet these conditions, the return will not be processed and no refund will be issued. The item will be sent back to you, and all additional shipping costs associated with returning the package will be at your expense.
• Final sale, customized, personalized, or embroidered items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Fee & Carrier

Any return shipping fees and/or taxes are paid by the customer.

We accept returns sent via DHL or the local postal service available in the customer’s country.

Please ensure that all returned items are securely and appropriately packaged to preserve their condition and prevent any damage during transit. Items should be packed with sufficient protection to ensure they reach us in their original condition.

Unclaimed Packages

If a shipped order is not collected by the customer and is subsequently returned to us, any costs associated with the return shipment will be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
