1. Definitions

“We,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company” means Antonia Conf SRL. “The Store” means the antoniascrubs.com online store and all its pages and subdomains. “User,” “customer,” or “you” means anyone who browses or purchases through the Store.

Product and service information on the Store is provided in good faith, but we do not guarantee it is error-free at all times. Listing a product does not guarantee its continued availability – we may discontinue any product at any time.

All content on the Store – text, images, graphics, logos, audio, and video – is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to Antonia Conf SRL or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish this content without our prior written consent. The antoniascrubs.com name, domain, and associated marks and logos may not be used, directly or indirectly (including in metadata or search indexing), without prior written permission.

5. Orders and Payment

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it or register an order – it only reflects an intention to purchase. An order is placed only once you complete checkout and provide the required delivery and payment details. Displayed prices include applicable taxes; shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order. We accept payment by credit/debit card and other methods indicated at checkout. Card payments are processed securely through our payment provider; no additional card-processing fee is charged. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors, failed payment, incomplete or incorrect delivery information, or where delivery proves impossible.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Shipping costs and available delivery methods are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location and order details, and may vary by country. If we are unable to fulfil your order in full, we will not charge extra shipping fees for any subsequent partial deliveries. If we are unable to process your order after payment has been received, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund using your original payment method.

7. Product Colors and Sizing

We make every effort to accurately represent our products’ colors and materials, but actual colors may vary depending on your device’s display settings. Sizing details for each product are provided in the size guide on the relevant product page; please refer to it to select the right size.

8. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order where:

• payment is not confirmed or authorized;
• delivery details provided are incorrect, incomplete, or the customer cannot be reached;
• delivery proves impossible after reasonable attempts; or
• the listed price is a manifest error.

In such cases, neither party may claim damages from the other.

9. Returns and Warranty

Our returns and refund policy is detailed in the Returns section of the Store; please review it before ordering. Products carry a standard 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and faulty materials under normal use and proper care (e.g., broken seams, faulty zippers, abnormal tearing). The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized alterations. To make a warranty claim, contact our customer support team with your order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Defective products will be repaired or replaced within 15 days of receipt; if this is not possible, we will offer a suitable alternative. Return shipping for evaluation is at the customer’s cost; if the defect is confirmed under warranty, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement item.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from them will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, failing that, submitted to the competent courts of Romania.
